At Hyath Mahal, we understand that circumstances may change and you may need to change the dates of your reservation. This policy explains our procedure for changing reservation dates.
Change of Reservation Dates
To change or cancel your reservation date, you must notify us in writing within 7 days from the date of booking *(ie: within 7days from the advance paid.)*
- If change the reservation date within 7 days from the date of booking, the new dates can be adjusted based on availability.
- If you change the reservation date after 7 days from the date of booking, you will not be eligible to change the date.
Refund Method
- We do not offer a refund option. Only date changes are allowed as mentioned above.
Exceptions
- In the case of a force majeure event, such as a natural disaster or public emergency, we may offer alternative arrangements or a full refund, subject to our discretion.
- We reserve the right to cancel an event in the event of unforeseen circumstances, and in such cases, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
