- The remaining balance must be paid in full within 30 days from the date of advance paid.
- Event Guidelines- You are responsible for ensuring that your guests comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as our event guidelines.
- You may not use any open flames, including candles or sparklers, without prior approval from Hyath Mahal.
- You are responsible for any damage to Hyath Mahal 's property caused by you or your guests.
- You are responsible for cleaning up any messes or debris caused by you or your guests.
Liability and Indemnity
- Hyath Mahal is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to you or your guests, or to any personal property, arising from your use of our services.
- You agree to indemnify and hold Hyath Mahal and its affiliates harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including legal fees, arising from your use of our services or your breach of these terms and conditions.
